Organizational Environment
The National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) was established as the country’s social and economic development planning and policy coordinating body. It was created on 24 September 1972 by virtue of Presidential Decree No. 1 or the Integrated Reorganizational Plan of 1972. It serves as the technical arm of the NEDA Board with the Philippine President sitting as Chairperson. |
